- *Position Overview**
The Account Manager – Google Ad Grants (Digital Marketing / Nonprofit) is a client-facing role focused on supporting nonprofits through PWI’s Google Ad Grant management services.
In this position, you’ll work closely with both current and prospective nonprofit clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all Google Ads–related communication. You’ll lead regular check-in meetings, review campaign performance, and translate analytics into clear, actionable insights. This role is centered around relationship management, performance communication, and helping clients understand and maximize the impact of their Google Ad Grant.
- *Key Responsibilities**

Client Relationship
Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for nonprofit clients across email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Lead recurring check-ins to review Google Ads performance and provide updates
- Build strong client relationships by understanding goals, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Partner with internal team members to keep client work aligned and moving forward

Growth & Support
- Identify opportunities to enhance client results or expand services based on performance and goals
- Support conversations around additional services when appropriate
- Assist with proposals or recommendations for prospective nonprofit clients as needed
- Reporting & Performance Insights
- Present performance reports including KPIs, trends, and key takeaways
- Monitor Google Ads (PPC) campaigns and communicate insights in a clear, client-friendly way
- Help ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and delivering measurable results
- *Requirements & Qualifications**
- Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.*
- **Reliably Commute:** This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saint Charles, IL **(not a remote or hybrid position).**
- **Client Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled at building client relationships via digital meetings.
- **Digital Marketing:** Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- **Tools Proficiency:** Comfortable using CRMs, project management, and reporting tools.
- **Data Analysis:** Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
- **Problem Solving:** Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Relationship Management: 2 years (Required)
- **Sales:** 1 year (Preferred)
- **Digital Marketing:** 1 year (Preferred)
