  • Marketing Manager who is a true expert in social media and e-commerce marketplace dynamics. You'll have a clear understanding of consumer behavior and how people engage across social platforms. The ideal candidate is curious and eager to learn and evolve, with strong team-player mentality and the ability to influence others. You understand that content creativity, consumer insights, and the know-how to execute effective social campaigns are critical—and you have a holistic view of the digital ecosystem, from brand-owned social platforms to e-marketplace communication, spanning both daily operations and annual content planning.

## What You'll Do

In this role, you'll lead social media strategy and execution for both campaigns and owned channels, overseeing content creation and social budget planning based on business requirements. You'll develop optimized investment models and serve as a core member of the Integrated Digital Marketing Offense team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Lead and drive the Converse social paid investment strategy, building plans based on business targets
  • Build and execute effective consumer-centered content that triggers consumer interest and delivers brand and product differentiation across social and e-commerce platforms
  • Partner with the digital operations team to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals
  • Work with the brand creation team to drive effective e-commerce communication assets
  • Assist the team leader in initiating integrated digital launch plans

## Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate across a diverse team including the digital team, brand marketing team, and merchant team. You'll also manage outside agencies and vendors to bring campaigns to life.

## What We're Looking For

You bring a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You have 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on experience working in social and digital ecosystems. Experience in the sports category is a plus.

Beyond credentials, you possess

  • Deep understanding and practical experience in managing investment strategies
  • Strong consumer insight with the ability to create and deliver relevant content that maintains brand tone and manner
  • Data analysis acumen and tracking ability—you can learn quickly and optimize with swift action
  • Strong bilingual oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside skilled marketers who are passionate about youth culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Converse brand
