Job Responsibilities

• Create and schedule product postings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & social media
• Support content creation, including product posting, photo editing, and photo design
• Assist in managing online shop and product listing
• Support in handling customer inquiries and online orders
• Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and sales activities
• Monitor sales performance and engagement
• Monitor online orders, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely fulfillment

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
• Knowledgeable in photo editing (Canva/CapCut)
• Interested in e-commerce & online selling
• Creative, responsible and willing to learn
• Good Communication skills

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
