E - Commerce Executive

The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales channels and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, inventory coordination, customer service, and logistics management. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of online sales and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Operations:
  • Manage product listings across online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information (descriptions, pricing, images, stock levels).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for online campaigns and promotions.
  • Process & monitor order processing, returns, and cancellations.
  • Analyse sales performance and provide reports.
  • Shipping & Logistics:
  • Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
  • Track backorders, and follow up with relevant departments to minimise delays.
  • Address any issues related to delayed or lost shipments.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders in shipping, handle shipping documents such as Customs Forms, Bill Of Lading, Certificate of Origin, e-Form D & etc.
  • Inventory & Coordination:
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across systems.
  • Support inventory audits and stock checks.
  • Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve order/shipping-related issues.
  • Provide updates on order status and expected delivery times.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce or shipping/logistics preferred.
  • Familiar with major e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with SQL Accounting systems.
  • Basic knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.

Working Conditions

  • May require occasional weekend or after-hours work during peak seasons.
