E-commerce Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end marketplace and website operations. The role involves managing listings, inventory, order fulfillment, and performance optimization across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams
• Track and improve order processing, fulfillment, and delivery performance
• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and platform performance metrics
• Handle returns, cancellations, and RTO analysis to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain seller ratings
• Generate reports and provide insights for business growth
• Chat support and customer management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
