Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to assist in creating compelling content, managing our social media platforms, and engaging with our audience across various digital channels. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a critical role in executing social media strategies that enhance our brand visibility and foster community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Scheduling

Create, edit, and schedule captivating social media content across platforms.

Collaborate to develop engaging posts that reflect our brand voice and marketing goals.

Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.

• Community Engagement

Interact with comments, messages, and audience interactions.

Monitor social channels for emerging trends and engagement opportunities.

Support our brand's reputation through an active online presence.

• Reporting & Analytics

Track engagement metrics and assess social media performance.

Assist in generating insightful reports for campaigns.

Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and communications teams.

Support campaign initiatives and assist in content planning.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance social media processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently in progress).
• 0-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Strong written communication and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting methods.
