Responsibilities

• Develop and upload accurate, compelling product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms using various databases and content management tools
• Ensure all product information—including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications—is complete, consistent, and optimized for search visibility
• Maintain and update product catalogs by entering data accurately into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other databases
• Conduct regular audits of listings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies using data collection techniques and pivot tables in Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, inventory, and customer service to ensure seamless order entry and inventory updates
• Organize digital files and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of product information and documentation
• Utilize strong typing skills for efficient data entry and transcription tasks to support accurate record-keeping

• Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms efficiently
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and transcription tasks
• Prior clerical or office experience with familiarity in filing, organizing, and managing large volumes of information
• Basic math skills for price calculations, inventory counts, and order processing
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple listings simultaneously while meeting deadlines
