You’ll be building on established publications with strong brand recognition — not starting from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract premium advertisers aligned with the magazine’s luxury positioning.
  • Engage in warm calling and outreach to prospective clients, leveraging strong communication skills to build rapport quickly.
  • Negotiate digital and print advertising contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that meet client needs while achieving sales targets.
  • Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, providing tailored marketing solutions that maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, industry networking, and leveraging insights from marketing trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling advertising proposals that highlight the magazine’s unique audience reach and editorial excellence.
  • Utilize our CRM tools to track leads, manage client information, and monitor sales pipeline progress efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within luxury markets or media advertising environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and generating new revenue streams.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, technology sales, and digital advertising platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present confidently to diverse clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience using CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales activities.
  • A proactive approach with warm calling experience to initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients. Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
