Overview Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead — Growth Hacker for Experiential Luxury at Bolt Farm Treehouse Status: Full-time What you’ll own Full-funnel conversion from first impression → booking engine → confirmation → add-ons (spa, experiences, upgrades) Experiment program: backlog, design, stats plans, QA, rollout/rollback, documentation, and learning archive Booking-flow friction removal: mobile performance, calendar/availability UX, fees & policies clarity, trust signals, microcopy Offer architecture: bundles, urgency/rarity, price presentation, social proof, upsell/cross-sell sequencing Attribution sanity: align paid/organic/email/SMS with site behavior; fix tracking gaps; stop double-counting Insights engine: translate heatmaps, session replays, surveys, and user tests into shippable hypotheses Partner orchestration: work with Creative, Paid, Lifecycle, RevOps, and Engineering to ship tests fast Standards & SOPs: codify how we test (stats guardrails, power thresholds, QA checklists, launch playbooks) Non-negotiable outcomes (first 90 days) Ship 12–16 experiments (A/B, MVT, and sequential) with clean pre-analysis plans Deliver measurable lift in at least two of: site→booking-engine start rate, step-to-step progression, checkout completion, add-on attach rate, mobile speed Reduce booking-engine abandonment and publish a repeatable playbook for reclaiming drop-offs Stand up a CRO dashboard (daily) with funnel health, experiment velocity, win rate, and impact to revenue Close top 10 UX debt items blocking conversion (prove via before/after metrics) The Person We’re Looking for Will Have 5+ years leading CRO and growth experimentation, with shipped tests directly tied to booking and upsell revenue Design experience: skilled in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual optimization of landing pages, booking flows, and marketing assets Mastery of A/B testing design, execution, and analysis (power, MDE, sequential testing), with experience applying advanced variance reduction methods Fluent in GA4 + GTM, Hotjar/Clarity, HubSpot analytics, and Looker Studio dashboards; comfortable QA’ing results with SQL when needed Strong UX instincts: microcopy, value articulation, objection handling, and hands-on ability to adjust HTML/CSS/JS to implement or direct engineers Proven record in hospitality & e-commerce funnels, including booking engines, spa upsell systems, and dynamic pricing models Expertise in mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, form/checkout UX, and payment conversion (Stripe, Shift4, ACH, BNPL) Skilled in attribution modeling, event naming/taxonomy, and debugging tracking drift across complex multi-system stacks Experience tying CRM-driven workflows (HubSpot automations, abandoned cart follow-ups, referral campaigns) to conversion outcomes How we work Insanely high standards.
