E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to support and grow our online business across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will assist in executing e-commerce strategies, managing online stores, running campaigns, and helping improve sales and customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities:
• *Ecommerce Operations & Platform Management
• Assist in managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores.
• Support product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns (Mega Campaigns, Flash Sales, Brand Days, Live Commerce).
• Monitor store performance, reviews, and ratings.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and seller metrics.
• *Sales & Performance Support
• Help track revenue, sales, and key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS).
• Support inventory management with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist in analyzing campaigns to identify opportunities for growth.
• *Digital Marketing & Traffic Growth
• Support platform advertising and paid campaigns (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads).
• Help drive traffic through influencer collaborations and marketing initiatives.
• Align online promotions with brand marketing plans.
• *Customer Experience & Operations
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
• Monitor customer feedback and returns to improve satisfaction.
• Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency.
• *Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, preferably with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and platform tools.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• *Key KPIs:**
• Platform sales and profitability.
• Conversion rate, ROAS, and campaign performance.
• Inventory management and order fulfillment efficiency.
• Customer ratings and repeat purchase rate.
