Job Overview: SHREE SAI JEWELS is looking for an experienced professional to manage and grow our online presence on global marketplaces such as eBay, Alibaba and Etsy. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, managing orders, optimizing marketplace performance and increasing international sales. Key Responsibilities Manage and operate seller accounts on eBay, Alibaba and Etsy Create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing and images Handle order processing, shipment coordination and tracking updates Manage customer inquiries and maintain high response rates Monitor marketplace performance and improve product visibility Handle product uploads, inventory updates and catalog management Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment Track sales data and identify opportunities to increase international sales Required Skills Hands on experience managing eBay, Alibaba or Etsy seller accounts Strong understanding of product listing optimization and marketplace algorithms Experience in handling international marketplace orders and customers Good communication skills for handling international clients Basic understanding of product photography and listing presentation Ability to manage multiple marketplace platforms simultaneously Preferred Background Experience working with jewellery, fashion accessories or export products Familiarity with international shipping and order handling
