The work

In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients and Accenture Account Leads to instill creativity and innovation in designing and executing customer relationships, digital marketing, eCommerce, omni-channel solutions, customer service, and also customer experience initiatives. You will be responsible for managing deals, advancing new business opportunities, and shaping sales strategies. Ensuring alignment within teams to execute these strategies, you will lead the team through both internal systems and client processes to successfully close deals. Specifically, this role will emphasize selling the Google suite of solutions, addressing our clients' major challenges. As a key partner in the Google ecosystem, you will access cutting-edge technologies and work with a dedicated team of experts to develop impactful and innovative solutions that yield tangible results.

Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities

  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture using Google technologies across our Song services, focusing on customer experience, marketing, sales operations, customer service, and commerce.
  • Collaborate with Accenture Song industry leaders to forge and expand business by establishing trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a reliable advisor.
  • Develop multi-channel revenue growth strategies for our clients, leading the team in conducting thorough analyses to pinpoint value, formulate business cases, and lay out implementation requirements.
  • Serve as a thought leader in marketing, sales, and customer success challenges, trends, solutions, and both qualitative and quantitative aspects.
  • Identify requirements to ensure that our Accenture Song assets, products, and services consistently deliver value to our clients.
  • Create high-level enterprise business cases that support data-driven decision-making for our clients.
  • Oversee the client assessment phase of pre-sales engagements, devise sales strategies, and present key findings at the executive level to both internal and external stakeholders.

Travel: As required to support client needs.

Here's what you'll need

  • A minimum of 10 years in a sales role, specifically within professional services, ideally with a focus on ecosystem partner solutions like Google, Adobe, or Salesforce, and/or digital marketing consulting for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Experience in managing several deals simultaneously while engaging with multiple clients each week, particularly with senior decision-makers in marketing and technology.

Bonus points if

  • You have sold services deals in excess of $10M.
  • Experience in closing $10M+ deals related to major process transformation, technology implementation, or process outsourcing in marketing, sales, or customer success.
  • Strong core sales consulting skills, including:
  • Leading Executive & Digital Leadership Workshops.
  • Conducting client interviews and focus groups.
  • Managing end-to-end sales cycles (from origination to solution to closure).
  • Collaborating with strategic vendors like Salesforce and Adobe.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the MarTech stack and its application.
  • A Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred.

Compensation: Compensation at Accenture varies based on multiple factors, including specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The anticipated salary range is:

Range: $136,800 to $237,600
