[Remote] Paid Advertising & Social Media Intern (Fashion Focus)

They are seeking a creative and data-driven Paid Advertising & Social Media Intern with a strong interest in fashion to assist with digital marketing tasks, particularly in managing ad campaigns on TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on TikTok and Instagram
• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results
• Research trends in the fashion industry and create content ideas
• Support organic social media posting and community engagement
• Analyze metrics and provide insights for growth

Skills

• Experience with TikTok Ads and Instagram (Meta) Ads
• Strong interest in fashion, trends, and social media
• Basic understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with creatives (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Familiarity with influencer or UGC-style content
