Xi Digital is looking for a creative, process-oriented, experienced and talented Digital SEO Specialist to join our team. The SEO Specialist will be experienced, analytical, creative, ambitious and highly-driven. You will be responsible for executing results-oriented work.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work on B2B & B2C marketing campaigns for 20-30 clients, responsibilities include:

• Learn about each client in depth: their goals, values, needs, buyer personas, voice & style.
• Plan and develop SEO strategies to maximize ROI for clients and deliver impressive organic results.
• Perform competitor research for clients with a focus on SEO.
• Conduct keyword research
• Map website visitor journeys in GA4 and Data Studio dashboards to solve for lead leakages and offer tailored CRO insights.
• Google Business Profile & Bing Places Management .
• Engage with clients on deliverables and approvals, etc.
• Coordinate with other team members and ensure deliverables are met consistently on time and above expected quality.
• Collaborate on client audits and regular reporting.
• Implement Monthly Link Building for each client.
• Constantly learn new trends and strategies for SEO.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2+ years digital marketing knowledge and SEO experience: SEO, Digital Marketing Tools, SEMRush & Analytics (GA4).
• Hands-on experience managing multiple SEO campaigns.
• Knowledge about link building and off-page strategies for SEO.
• Ability to analyze website performance (content and technical analysis) and suggest improvements.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced industry is preferred.
