You will conceptualize, design, and execute A/B tests and other growth initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for our e-commerce platforms. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across website elements, marketing campaigns, and user flows. Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and design teams to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives. Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with a focus on ROI and CAC. Develop and nurture customer loyalty programs and strategies to enhance retention and repeat purchases. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth hacking. Present findings, strategies, and results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or a similar analytical role. Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through experimentation and optimization. Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
