Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior E-commerce Specialist to join their expanding digital team. This is a fully remote, **first-class opportunity** for a driven professional to make a significant impact on our online sales strategy and execution. You will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platform, driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall online customer journey. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, SEM, analytics, and digital marketing trends. This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online revenue growth. Manage and optimize product listings, categories, and website content for improved search visibility and user experience. Oversee and execute paid search (SEM) and social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for ROI. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to enhance the customer journey. Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking. Stay current with e-commerce platform updates, digital marketing trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive online brand experience. Monitor website performance, uptime, and security, working with technical teams as needed. Develop detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Manage customer reviews and feedback across all online channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, with a proven track record of success. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools. Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively independently. Experience with content management systems (CMS) is beneficial. A passion for creating exceptional online customer experiences. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
