Remote (U.S.-based candidates preferred) About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced ecommerce operator to support and scale a growing Amazon-based business.

This role is focused on backend operations, execution, and performance across multiple stores. You’ll work closely with leadership and a dedicated compliance specialist, allowing you to focus on running and improving the operational side of the business. The environment is hands-on and fast-moving, with a strong focus on building systems that support long-term growth. This role supports operations across multiple ecommerce stores, not a single brand account.

Model (Important Context)

Our model is Amazon FBM-based, but not traditional.

Products are fulfilled after a sale is made (post-sale fulfillment)

We work with wholesale suppliers, distributors, and brand partners

Orders may be routed through suppliers or third-party logistics partners

We are not holding large amounts of inventory This creates a hybrid structure that combines elements of FBM, wholesale, and distributed fulfillment. Candidates do not need direct experience in this exact model.

Experience in traditional ecommerce models (Amazon, wholesale, dropshipping, or multi-channel) is relevant, as long as you are comfortable operating in a non-traditional environment. What You’ll Do

Ecommerce Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple ecommerce stores

Manage product sourcing, listings, and order flow in an FBM environment

Improve fulfillment workflows, accuracy, and timelines

Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions

Systems & Team Management

Help build and manage teams (including virtual assistants)

Improve processes and create more efficient workflows

Implement tools and systems to reduce manual work

Support data tracking, reporting, and operational visibility

Supplier Coordination (Supporting Function)

Work with existing supplier and distributor relationships

Support onboarding and integration of new suppliers as needed

Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and operations What We’re Looking For

Experience with Amazon (FBM preferred) or multi-channel ecommerce

Experience working across multiple stores, accounts, or high SKU volume environments

Strong operational experience managing ecommerce workflows

Ability to improve systems, processes, and team performance

Comfortable working in a build-oriented, evolving environment

Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset Compensation

Base salary: $95,000 – $105,000
