As an E-commerce Order Fulfillment Associate, your main responsibility will be to accurately fill and prepare online orders. You will ensure customers receive the right items by locating, packaging, and dispensing merchandise while maintaining high standards of accuracy. You will also communicate with customers for any necessary product substitutions to guarantee their satisfaction.
