Growth Marketing Associate

A company is looking for an Associate, Growth Marketing, Adoption (Email).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end communications campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages

Maintain a high-velocity campaign calendar and oversee ongoing campaigns

Prepare data reports and analyses of campaign results to support various departments

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in growth and email marketing, preferably in a B2C marketplace, tech, or finance company

Hands-on experience building campaigns in major ESP / CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Experience in e-commerce or financial services consumer products

Strong proficiency in HTML / CSS is a major plus
