Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies

Define and monitor key performance indicators across the email funnel

Lead the planning and execution of lifecycle email campaigns

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in email marketing or newsletter publishing

1+ year of experience managing or mentoring team members

Proven experience developing email growth strategies

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms

Strong expertise in email segmentation and A / B testing
