A company is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to create and manage email marketing campaigns focused on property marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute email marketing eblasts in HubSpot for property listings and closed deals

Ensure all emails are correctly formatted, proofread, and meet brand standards before deployment

Organize and manage email marketing requests, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in marketing or a related discipline preferred

4-7+ years of professional experience in marketing

Strong understanding of commercial real estate or closely related professional services

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
