Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end full cycle recruitment for assigned roles in partnership with the TA team

Source and recruit passive candidates across platforms to find and hire digital marketing talents

Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

3+ years of recruiting experience within the digital marketing industry

Experience in agency recruitment and consultant search

Proficient knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
