Enterprise Transformation Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of enterprise business capabilities aligned to the enterprise strategy

Lead cross-functional teams through governance processes and prepare decision-ready materials for senior leaders

Own day-to-day leadership of modernization initiatives, coordinating workstreams across business and technology teams

Required Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise modernization or capability building initiatives

Demonstrated success in complex, matrixed environments

Proven ability to influence without authority and manage senior stakeholders

Min. 5-7 years of experience in commercial, digital, supply chain, or strategy within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consulting
