Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who lives inside ad accounts and treats client budgets like their own. This role is for someone who doesn’t just set up campaigns but actively monitors, analyzes, and improves performance every day.

You’ll be responsible for both strategy and execution across Google and Meta, constantly looking for opportunities to optimize, test, and scale what’s working while protecting spend and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts day-to-day
  • Monitor performance daily and make proactive optimizations
  • Develop and suggest strategies based on data, not assumptions
  • Implement testing plans (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, funnels)
  • Identify inefficiencies, wasted spend, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with team to improve ad performance
  • Clearly communicate insights, results, and next steps to internal teams
  • Act in the best interest of the client at all times, performance comes first

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and curious, you don’t wait to be told what to fix
  • Ability to balance performance, budget efficiency, and scaling
  • Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for results
  • Experience managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution

Nice to Have

  • Experience with lead generation, or local service businesses
  • Agency experience
