Position Overview
Part Time: 4-6 hours per day
Part Time Compensation: $60,000 per year
Status: W2 or Contractor
All work must be completed M-F in between normal business hours of 9am EST - 5pm EST
As our Media Buyer and Paid Ads Manager, you'll work directly with our clients, Project Manager, and Marketing Director to create and optimize thriving campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. Weekly optimizations ensure campaigns are continuously refined and achieve positive Returns on Ad Spend. Monthly client recap calls and analytics reporting contribute to transparent communication, highlighting campaign success and growth opportunities. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding campaign results. Our client roster spans the health & wellness, subscription, e-commerce, online coaching, and fitness sectors. Roles and Responsibilities
Ads Campaign Management
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create comprehensive ad campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Use marketing and buyer psychology insights to optimize ad messaging and creatives.
Manage the entire ad lifecycle, including uploading ads, implementing A/B tests, and staying updated on industry changes & trends.
Analyze platform data to derive actionable insights for campaign adjustments.
Account Diversification and Optimization
Tailor ad strategies for various business types, including service-based, e-commerce, and lead generation sectors.
Drive positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across clients with different budgets.
Develop targeted ad strategies for different funnel stages: awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Execute weekly optimizations, adjusting targeting, budget allocation, and creatives based on performance.
Provide bi-weekly KPI check ins with clients to ensure targets are being met.
Use data from Looker Studio, on-platform data, and various third party tools like Triple Whale and Wicked Reports to ensure proper reporting and analysis.
Bonus if you’re able to create custom Looker Studio dashboards and attribution solutions!
Technical Media Buying Tasks
Full-funnel advisement for Top, Middle and Bottom of Funnel activities to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Conduct weekly campaign optimizations to maintain and enhance performance.
Perform keyword research and planning for maximum ad relevance and impact.
Project ad profitability scenario’s at different CVR’s to ensure effective budget allocation and high ROI.
Demonstrate proficiency in scaling to high-spend monthly ad budgets.
Client Engagement and Reporting
Conduct insightful monthly recap calls with clients to discuss campaign success and growth opportunities.
Generate detailed monthly analytics reports, providing insights and recommendations.
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic advisement.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, sharing valuable insights and actively contributing to the ongoing development of effective paid advertising strategies, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing high-spend Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Proven success in maintaining and scaling paid ads with positive ROAS.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.
Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO and experience in Health & Wellness, e-commerce ads, and startup businesses is a plus.
