Ecommerce Sales Manager

Your Role

The Ecommerce Sales Manager will lead the Rent2Buy & Ecommerce sales consultant team in the Car Sales division. This pivotal role involves collaborating with both retail and remote operations to drive e-commerce sales revenue. You will oversee sales strategies and manage a team of consultants who engage with field operations and customers, ensuring a robust sales environment. This exciting opportunity comes with a base salary of $43,888 plus commission based on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize opportunities across retail, wholesale, and digital platforms.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations and stakeholders to enhance e-commerce programs.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Car Sales and Financing.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and Automotive web tools.
