We are looking for a foundational Head of Growth Marketing to build and lead our gorilla marketing engine from the ground up. You are a strategic architect who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty in the trenches of lead scraping, LinkedIn automation, and high-convert email sequences. Your mission is to take our AI assistant for property management and make it the most talked-about solution in the industry through a relentless focus on demos and pipeline. You will be responsible for hiring and mentoring a specialized team, forging high-leverage partnerships, and ensuring our brand is omnipresent—from national webinars to regional property management events.

Tasks

  • Strategy & Team Building: Design the "0 to 1" growth roadmap and recruit a high-performing team across content, events, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Multi-Channel Lead Gen: Own the strategy for lead scraping, cold outbound, LinkedIn social selling, and automated email workflows.
  • Webinar & Event Oversight: Orchestrate a high-frequency calendar of educational webinars and partner events that position us as the authority on AI in property management.
  • Partnership Growth: Identify and secure co-marketing opportunities with industry associations (e.g., NARPM, CAI) and complementary software partners.
  • Funnel Optimization: Track every stage of the journey from "scraped lead" to "scheduled demo," constantly iterating on messaging to increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Startup Pedigree: 7+ years in growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS startup from Seed to Series B.
  • The "Scrappy" Mindset: Expert knowledge of the modern outbound stack (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn automation tools).
  • Leadership: Experience hiring, managing, and coaching a diverse marketing team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Real Estate Tech or Property Management is a major plus.
