Director of Brand, Social Media, and E-Commerce Growth

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead content across ig, tiktok, pinterest, substack
• Capture + edit photo/video for digital campaigns
• Shape SBJ’s brand voice and visual identity
• Write copy for launches, emails, and marketing
• Oversee and grow our shopify store
• Help launch new product lines and brand partnerships

Must-haves

• A strong portfolio of brand storytelling, content creation, and campaign execution
• Experience managing and growing social media platforms (especially instagram & tiktok)
• Strong photo/video skills (shooting, directing, editing)
• Fluency with tools like capcut, canva, adobe suite, lightroom, etc.
• Exceptional writing skills, especially for brand voice, captions, and campaigns
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (shopify) and newsletter tools (squarespace/flodesk/substack)

Bonus if you have

• Background in interior design, fashion, or lifestyle industries
• Experience launching or scaling product collections or digital shops
• Pr, influencer, or affiliate marketing experience
• Ai tools experience (for scheduling, content generation, etc
