Who would be a good fit for this job?

• You're open to a full-time position (9am - 5pm) OR a flexible part-time position (20 to 30 hours per week)
• If you are tech savvy and interested in working in an e-commerce business

What do the daily responsibilities look like?

• Processing, shipping, and record keeping for customer orders: this involves a fair amount of work on the computer
• Handling and organizing dental impressions and cases: attention to detail is very important
• Answering customer service emails and phone calls
• Interfacing with our technicians to help answer customer inquiries
• You will develop a detailed understanding of our products and become a customer service champion. You will learn and gain experience in a variety of software tools we use for customer service and e-commerce order processing.

Pay and Benefits

• Paid time off for the full-time position (Paid time off after 1 year for part-time)
• Paid sick leave
• Starting pay is $18.00-$18.50/hr with room to grow. Previous employees who've been with us for multiple years grew their compensation to $20+/hr or more
