Senior Engagement Lead, ERP & Financial Transformation

PowerTek is currently assembling a high-caliber consulting team to support a public-sector client on a major financial systems and ERP transformation initiative. This engagement will involve evaluating existing financial processes, designing future-state systems, and supporting procurement and implementation of enterprise platforms.

Role Summary PowerTek is seeking a senior Engagement Lead to oversee a large-scale ERP and financial systems advisory engagement. This individual will serve as the primary client interface, guiding strategy, ensuring delivery quality, and leading executive-level discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery and client engagement
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and governance structures
• Oversee development of needs assessment, action plan, and procurement strategy
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical recommendations
• Review and approve all major deliverables prior to client submission

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of consulting experience
• Strong background in ERP, financial systems, or enterprise transformation
• Experience working with public sector, utilities, or regulated environments preferred
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase engagements
• Strong executive communication skills
