We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Americas, to lead the day-to-day tactical execution of marketing communications across North America and Latin America (LATAM) for our client who is one of the world’s fastest-growing and most dynamic companies in the automatic ID (barcoding, RFID, etc.) industry.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the company’s marketing communication efforts for North America and LATAM. Working closely with the VP of Marketing Communications, you will lead initiatives to achieve key growth objectives while aligning with global marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with global product management, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to implement product launches and adapt marketing messages for regional needs. The Marketing Manager will also oversee and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring effective execution of strategies.

A successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and marketing automation. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to developing growth initiatives and key marketing objectives for North America and LATAM, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests to optimize digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effectiveness across channels.
  • Collaborate with Global Product Marketing and Regional Sales Managers to plan and roll out product launches, customizing messaging for regional markets.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of content strategies across blogs, social media platforms, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility.
  • Mentor and manage marketing staff, delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion and fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Oversee website content and operations, develop landing pages, and optimize the user experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing automation workflows within the CRM to drive lead generation and customer retention.
  • Plan and manage trade shows and regional events, ensuring successful execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Implement and manage web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager, creating insightful reports to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Identify challenges in a fast-paced environment and develop actionable solutions.
  • Consistently explore new tools, trends, and opportunities to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with other departments to gather input, share insights, and drive cross-functional alignment on marketing goals.
  • Build on and enhance established marketing operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 5+ years of proven experience in marketing. B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (basic proficiency required).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with advanced writing and proofreading abilities in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to think creatively and solve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Annual salary: Starting at $85,000 per year, plus profit sharing bonus.
