Location: The Lung Health Foundation is based in Toronto and operates in a hybrid model,
in which staff are required to work at the office a minimum of two days each
week with occasional travel within Ontario and across Canada as required.
Salary: $72,000 - $82,000

Position Overview
The Lung Health Foundation is embarking on an ambitious new Strategic Plan with a whole-system and data-centric approach to improving lung health. To support our goals, we are seeking a Marketing Manager, Digital Engagement & Data for leading digital audience growth, email marketing strategy, CRM data coordination, and performance analytics to support marketing, fundraising, education, advocacy, and health care professional engagement initiatives at the Lung Health Foundation.
This role plays a key part in expanding the Foundation’s digital reach, strengthening data-driven marketing, and improving campaign performance through effective use of CRM, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies.
The Marketing Manager will oversee digital engagement campaigns, support the ongoing CRM and analytics refresh, and ensure consistent data tracking and reporting across teams. This role works closely with different teams to deliver integrated campaigns that grow the Foundation’s audience and increase engagement.
Responsibilities
Digital Lead Generation & Audience Growth
- Lead digital lead generation strategies to expand the Foundation’s audience across public, patient, and health care professional segments
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support webinars, seminars, education series, and major initiatives such as Better Breathing Week
- Develop always-on lead generation strategies using email, landing pages, paid media, and content marketing
- Monitor and report on lead acquisition performance, conversion rates, and cost per lead
- Identify opportunities to improve audience growth through data insights and testing
CRM, Data & Analytics Management
- Support the ongoing CRM refresh and data improvement initiatives across the organization
- Maintain marketing tracking tools and shared reporting structures to support consistent data collection
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign tagging, data entry, and reporting standards are followed
- Assist in building dashboards and reports to track marketing, fundraising, and engagement performance
- Support development of data-driven marketing strategies through analysis and insights
Email Marketing Strategy & Automation
- Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns across fundraising, events, education, and awareness initiatives
- Manage segmentation, automation, and workflows using HubSpot or equivalent platform
- Develop email strategies aligned with campaign goals and audience lifecycle
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion
- Support integration of email campaigns with CRM and digital fundraising platforms
Landing Pages, Campaign Builds & Digital Execution
- Build and manage landing pages for campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
- Ensure pages are optimized for user experience and conversion
- Support digital fundraising campaigns through page setup, testing, and tracking
- Work with the Digital Team to ensure proper analytics and reporting are in place
Campaign Integration & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with different teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Support marketing needs for online and hybrid events, awareness campaigns, and digital fundraising initiatives
- Help improve internal marketing processes and campaign workflows
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and tracking requirements are met
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through better use of data, automation, and digital tools
- Support adoption of new marketing technologies and analytics tools
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of digital engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in marketing, digital marketing or a relevant field
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
- Strong data organization, reporting, and analytics skills
- Experience with lead generation campaigns and event marketing
- Experience building landing pages or working with CMS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Skills

- Experience in nonprofit, health, or fundraising environment
- Experience supporting CRM or data refresh projects
- Experience with marketing analytics dashboards
- Experience with paid digital campaigns (Meta / Google) and email marketing
