Location: Remote with a flexible base across our sites Contract type:Permanent Hours:Full time - 37 hours per week We are looking for a proactive, detail-drivenEcommerce Executiveto join ourGlobal Education Supplies (GES) team and support the growth of our digital and ecommerce presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the online customer experience across a diverse portfolio of education brands, contributing to commercial growth through optimised digital journeys, compelling content, and data-led decisions. Global Education Supplies (GES) is part of the Children & Education portfolio atCommercial Services Group (CSG) , comprising seven complementary brands that serve the global education sector. These include KCS Education, CES, Landscapes for Learning, Maudesport, Gresswell, Timstar and Technology Supplies. AsEcommerce Executive, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management, merchandising and optimisation of our ecommerce websites. You will help drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention through effective campaign delivery, content creation, product visibility and digital marketing. Your insight and analytical approach will help us continually improve the online experience and identify opportunities to grow revenue and engagement across our platforms. Coordinate with the Marketing and Product Marketing teams to plan and deliver seasonal promotions, campaigns and product launches across our trading websites Work with the Ecommerce Manager and Digital team to identify and implement improvements to website performance, functionality and customer experience Ensure product listings are optimised for sales, including rich content, accurate attributes, indexing and SEO-friendly naming conventions Own day-to-day merchandising of products and categories, using data to inform decisions Support SEO and paid media activity through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies Maintain and share regular performance reports tracking key ecommerce KPIs Experience managing ecommerce platforms (e.g. Confidence working with marketing automation, SEO and PPC strategies Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision making Good understanding of customer behaviour and ecommerce conversion tactics Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, digital and product teams Experience in the education sector or B2B ecommerce is desirable but not essential Competitive salary, dependent on experience ~25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off ~ Life assurance cover (4x salary) ~ Pension scheme with 4% employer contribution ~ Additional benefits including retail and gym discounts, health cash plan and cycle to work scheme ~ Volunteer days and access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme ~ Tailored learning and development support with real opportunities to progressCommercial Services Group (CSG) is the UK’s largest local authority-owned trading company (LATCO), generating over £800 million in revenue and supporting 16,000 education and public sector customers worldwide.
