Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Shopify E-Commerce Manager to oversee and maintain our Shopify store while supporting the continued growth of our online business. This role requires hands on experience managing a Shopify store. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing product listings, collections, merchandising, and site updates while ensuring a seamless customer experience across the website.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Shopify website including product uploads, collections, pricing, and site organization
• Ensure product information, images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate and up to date
• Manage product launches and seasonal updates on the website
• Create and organize collections and merchandising categories
• Update homepage banners, featured products, and promotional content
• Monitor site functionality and troubleshoot issues when needed
• Manage Shopify apps and integrations
• Work with marketing and creative teams to upload and manage digital content
• Assist with promotions, campaigns, and site merchandising
• Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and user experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing a Shopify ecommerce store• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Experience managing product uploads, collections, and site structure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the website

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
• Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Shopify reporting
• Experience working with fashion, accessories, or consumer product brands
