Transformation Consultant

Become part of the team shaping the future of Humana! As a valued member of our Transformation Office team, you will engage with senior leadership to drive innovative improvements at Humana. This role is pivotal as we strive to deliver exceptional healthcare to seniors and enhance our offerings to members and patients.

In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in executing our enterprise strategy by identifying key opportunities, designing impactful solutions, and implementing initiatives that transform experiences for members, patients, providers, and associates. Modeled after leading management consultancies, our team tackles fast-paced, high-visibility projects that align with essential transformation goals.

Your daily tasks will vary, but typically include:

• Leading the execution of one or more workstreams with support from leadership.
• Utilizing a flexible problem-solving approach that encompasses quantitative analysis, qualitative research, stakeholder management, and presentation design.
• Delivering high-quality, data-driven outputs with minimal revisions.
• Translating complex insights into clear, engaging written communications, primarily through PowerPoint.
• Building trust-based relationships with various business partners.
• Embracing a growth mindset by actively seeking and applying feedback for your professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years in consulting, strategy, or corporate roles OR a Master's degree with relevant business or healthcare experience.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and the strategy development process.
• Proficiency in identifying and structuring business challenges to provide effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or payer sector.
• Experience in project management.

This position is based in Louisville, KY, or Arlington, VA (Washington, DC metro area), with potential alternative hub sites considered on a case-by-case basis. Our transformation team follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.

Please be aware that occasional travel to Humana's offices may be necessary for training or meetings.

Pay Range: $104,400 - $143,600 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
