Interim Director, Surgical Servives

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Perioperative Services at a hospital in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Leading and motivating clinical staff to develop their expertise, knowledge, and skills
• Directing and evaluating patient care activities to improve throughput
• Collaborating and coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of providing administrative and clinical leadership for all aspects of Perioperative Services
• License: State of California RN license required
• Certifications: BLS issued through the American Heart Association
• Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite experience
