We’re seeking a Senior Social Advertising Media Buyer to lead our white-label partnership with a prominent traditional marketing agency in Southern California. You’ll be responsible not only for executing high-impact social campaigns but also for relationship management with both our direct client and their end client. This role is perfect for a senior-level media buyer with a deep understanding of the health and wellness space, strong client-facing skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth for e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead social advertiser for a white-label partnership, managing relationships with the agency and their end client.
  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) with a focus on health and wellness e-commerce.
  • Manage large-scale budgets ($50K+/month) with a focus on profitable scaling and efficient spend allocation.
  • Develop full-funnel strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on audiences, ad formats, creatives, and placements to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and report on KPIs to both Sandbox Consulting and the agency partner.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, e-commerce trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Share social campaign insights to contribute to cross-channel performance (email, SMS, web).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in social advertising media buying for e-commerce brands.
  • Must have experience working with health and wellness brands or products.
  • Proven success managing budgets of $50K+/month with consistent results in achieving high ROAS.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and emerging platforms. Including IG Shop and Tik Tok Shop.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, with experience managing both direct clients and their clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, data visualization).
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce tech stacks.
  • Familiarity with advanced attribution tools and pixel integrations.
  • A passion for staying ahead of social advertising trends and innovations.
