Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Media & Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing online content, supporting marketing campaigns, and enhancing our digital presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital marketing trends, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
· Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
· Create marketing materials including graphics, blog posts, and email campaigns
· Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Website & SEO Management
· Update and maintain website content (e.g., WordPress or CMS platforms)
· Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve visibility
· Monitor website performance and user experience
Digital Campaign Support
· Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
· Manage email marketing campaigns and distribution lists
· Support paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, social media ads)
Analytics & Reporting
· Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
· Analyze metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide insights
· Recommend improvements based on data
Coordination & Administration
· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
· Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
· Support event promotion and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
· Experience with UX/UI design
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
· Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
· Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising
· Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Assets
· Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
· Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
· Basic photo/video editing skills
· Understanding of branding and design principles
