Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Compensation: $150,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing teams to ensure peak performance and accountability
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Oversee marketing campaigns, brand development, and digital marketing efforts to enhance visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
- Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor sales effectiveness, marketing ROI, and pipeline health
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance to align sales and marketing objectives with broader business goals
- Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Foster innovation in lead generation, customer engagement, and brand differentiation
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
- Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate vision into actionable results
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience developing and managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Preferred
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Background in service-based industries or multi-location business models
- Experience with CRM implementation and digital marketing strategy development
