Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Compensation: $150,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing teams to ensure peak performance and accountability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, brand development, and digital marketing efforts to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor sales effectiveness, marketing ROI, and pipeline health
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance to align sales and marketing objectives with broader business goals
  • Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Foster innovation in lead generation, customer engagement, and brand differentiation

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate vision into actionable results
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience developing and managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

Preferred

  • Master's Degree or MBA
  • Background in service-based industries or multi-location business models
  • Experience with CRM implementation and digital marketing strategy development
