C-Life Group is launching a Print-On-Demand (POD) e-commerce initiative designed to monetize its extensive licensed entertainment IP portfolio and growing brand assets.
We are seeking a E-Commerce & Marketplaces Manager – POD Division to lead the execution and growth of this new business across multiple digital channels. The role will oversee marketplace operations, merchandising strategy, product launches, and the Shopify infrastructure supporting the POD ecosystem.
The Director will report to leadership and work cross-functionally with licensing, design, production, marketing, and technology teams to drive growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Channel Management
Develop and execute the strategy for C-Life’s multi-channel POD e-commerce business across key digital platforms including:
- Amazon (FBM), Walmart Marketplace, Shopify Collective, Tiktok, Retailer Marketplaces and other chanels
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution and optimize performance across channels.
Marketplace Operations & Optimization
Manage marketplace storefronts and product listings, including:
- listing optimization
- pricing strategy
- marketplace SEO
- promotions and advertising
- product discoverability
- conversion optimization
Shopify Platform Management
Oversee the Shopify platform serving as the central product catalog and integration hub across marketplaces.
Responsibilities include
- product catalog management
- marketplace integrations
- SKU organization and product launch workflows.
Product & Merchandising Strategy
Leverage C-Life’s licensed IP portfolio to merchandise compelling POD product lines.
Responsibilities include
- building and managing product assortments
- identifying trends and opportunities for new designs
- launching products quickly in response to market demand
- collaborating with licensing and creative teams.
Demand Generation & SEO
Drive demand and visibility across digital channels through strong merchandising and optimization strategies, including:
- marketplace SEO
- keyword strategy
- product content optimization
- improving search rankings and discoverability.
Required Experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce
- Proven success managing marketplace-driven businesses
- Strong expertise with Amazon Seller Central and major marketplaces
- Experience with Shopify platform and integrations
- Experience with Print-On-Demand or made-to-order production models
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and digital merchandising
- Analytical, data-driven decision maker.
