Product Manager Role Overview

This position is responsible for driving the marketing activities for assigned products. The role will also have substantial ownership for various ankle replacement solutions currently in development or planned for future development.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a deep understanding of the products and their applications. The successful candidate will be able to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, lead global product launch planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

The Product Manager will be responsible for leading field marketing efforts, gathering data on customer buying behavior, and identifying key opportunities and threats. They will also develop and maintain all marketing collateral materials, including sales training materials, physician training materials, and product samples.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of the industry and its trends, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. They will be able to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with limited supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, biology, business administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales or classical marketing function
  • Advanced understanding and experience in assigned products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 USD annually
  • Eligible for discretionary bonus based on established metrics
  • 30-40% overnight travel required
