Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive workforce forecasting models that anticipate
organizational needs and optimize resource allocation
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to create precise staffing strategies aligned
with business goals
- Collaborate with global teams to design and implement strategic hiring and
resource planning approaches
- Design and implement advanced data visualization and reporting mechanisms to
support decision-making
- Create innovative automation tools to enhance workforce planning efficiency
and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering,
analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
- 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
experience
- 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve,
automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
experience
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (Work Force Management, Capacity
planning, Finance, Business Analysis) or related role
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to
scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
