Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to support our growing online business. This role works closely with the merchandising team and serves as a key liaison with the web and technical teams, helping ensure our websites are operating at the highest level—both functionally and commercially.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how best-in-class e-commerce sites drive sales and customer engagement. The role will work across Magento 2 and Shopify platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Support day-to-day e-commerce operations across Magento 2 and Shopify websites

· Partner with the merchandising team to ensure products are accurately listed, merchandised, and optimized for sales

· Act as a liaison between merchandising, marketing, and web/technical teams to communicate site needs, updates, and issues

· Assist with product launches, promotions, collections, and seasonal updates

· Monitor site functionality, flag issues, and help coordinate fixes with the web team

· Support on-site marketing initiatives including homepage updates, banners, navigation, and merchandising rules

· Help analyze basic site performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales) and report insights

· Ensure accuracy of product data including pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory visibility

· Assist with QA testing for site updates, new features, and promotions

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail

· Familiarity with Shopify and/or Magento 2 is a plus (training provided)

· Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
