About the Role

As a highly skilled and experienced Global E-commerce Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize our global e-commerce operations. You will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, logistics, and international market trends. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer experience across our online platforms.

What You Will Do

Oversee end-to-end operations for our global e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of online sales initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
Assist the Sr. Director of E-commerce in analyzing marketplace expansion efforts and process coordination.
Provide leadership by operating and managing three regional e-commerce organizations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Manage daily business operations by facilitating collaboration among team leadership to elevate e-commerce experience industry standards.
Assist the Sr. Director of Operations by leading marketplace expansion efforts and coordinating process coordination.

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with e-commerce platforms, logistics, and international market trends.
Ability to identify and implement best practices that drive operational excellence, including leveraging industry knowledge, best-in-class technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, order management systems, CRMs), and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

What is Nice to Have

Master’s and/or MBA degree
10+ years of experience in Business Management, Marketing, web design, digital design, and/or eCommerce.

Willing to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
Willing to work from a home office located in Stamford, CT, or Northridge, CA.

Pay Transparency

$ 117,000 - $ 171,600

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
