Oversee and manage the in-store shopping experience for customers using our e-commerce platform.
Ensure the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform, including troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
Train and supervise a team of in-store shoppers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall e-commerce shopping experience for customers.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and use it to make necessary improvements to the e-commerce platform.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to ensure the e-commerce platform is aligned with company goals and initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure all products are available for online purchase.
Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and make recommendations for new products that would benefit our customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, implementing new strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
