In the role of E-Commerce and Customer Service Team Supervisor, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our Customer Service and E-Commerce programs. This involves leading the checkout processes and coordinating grocery delivery and pickup services at your store. You will prioritize safety and quality in online orders and ensure an outstanding pickup experience. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators, managing daily operations, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold team accountability for outstanding experiences.
- Set clear guidelines for balancing in-store customer service with online order fulfillment.
- Oversee customer flow, assigning tasks to meet the needs of all shoppers effectively.
- Stay informed about competitor and industry trends.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with department leaders and partners, including Amazon delivery drivers.
- Foster a positive team environment focused on teamwork and respect.
- Prioritize Team Member safety and security.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Guide, coach, and motivate Team Members to sustain a high-performing environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces, including staging areas and coolers.
- Protect equipment and resources diligently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements proactively.
- Exemplify Whole Foods Market core values and leadership principles while supporting store goals.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months of retail experience.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Stand/walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday.
- Perform tasks involving bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Work with FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
- Exposure to temperatures reaching 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in wet and cold environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
The wage range for this position is $17.50-$30.20 hourly, based on experience.
