Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce brand, is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration in Fort Worth, Texas, US . You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive online sales.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn). Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a strong online community. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions, conversion rates) using analytics tools. Collaborate with the content creation, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates. Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform changes. Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets. Optimize social media profiles and content for search engines (SEO). Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy and campaign planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience (4+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within e-commerce. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Proficiency in creating and editing visual content (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail. Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
