Senior E-commerce Growth Manager

This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive significant growth across our client's online retail channels. You will leverage your deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and consumer behavior to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for all e-commerce platforms, including website, mobile app, and third-party marketplaces. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and customer data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Plan and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website design, user experience, and conversion funnels. Manage and execute paid acquisition campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on ROI. Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of growth initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing. Prepare regular reports and presentations on key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth initiatives for senior management. Manage the e-commerce content calendar, ensuring timely and effective product launches and promotional activities. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and user feedback loops. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth hacking. Proven track record of successfully driving significant revenue growth in an online retail environment. Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Experience with CRM systems and customer data platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
