Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding e-commerce business seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location within the United States. You will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall revenue growth for our online store. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing. You will analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify key opportunities for optimization and improvement. A/B testing of landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns will be a core part of your role. You will manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment. Collaborating with product, design, and development teams to enhance the customer journey and user experience is crucial. Staying ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies will be essential. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing, with a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and CRM systems is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills are required.
