You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs. This role requires extensive experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, analyzing website traffic and user behavior, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates and ROI.
You will lead a remote team of digital marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting digital marketing KPIs
- Managing the digital marketing budget
- Staying abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies
- Ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all digital platforms
The ideal candidate will have
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion focused on leadership roles within the sports, fitness, or related lifestyle sectors
- Proven success in developing and executing large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
